Michael started his career at the Sullivan Paper Company family business as a teenager. During this time, he learned how to run printers, embossers, sheeters, and slitters in his early years. This experience led him to pursue a Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Maine.

Since 2005, Mike has been instrumental in driving growth at MTI Polyexe in specialty coating and polymeric film applications. Mike has three US patents and one international patent. Mike, his wife, and their 4 children enjoy home renovation projects and outdoor activities.

George M. Orlych is an industry professional with over 30 years in the converting industry. George has a Master’s Degree in Polymer Science and has worked in the development of release liners and specialty films for the building & construction, tape, composites and graphic arts markets. George is the VP of Technical Operations at MTI Polyexe, Inc, where he has worked for the past 15 years.

Robert Sheffield graduated from the University of Alabama in 1999 with a BS in Business Management. Upon graduation, Robert obtained a job at a local roll roofing manufacturer in Tuscaloosa, AL. Robert worked for this manufacturer for 20 years and ascended to VP of Manufacturing during his tenure.

In 2019, Robert took over the Sales Manager role at MTI Polyexe. With Robert’s roll roofing knowledge and experience using MTI films in real world situations, Robert has been an important asset to the MTI team.

Marlena started with MTI Polyexe in 2005 as a machine operator and quickly advanced through the company to become the Customer Service Manager for most of the MTI Polyexe accounts.

In her spare time, Marlena enjoys coaching her grandchildren’s softball and soccer teams.
