Do you like working with machinery?
Our Machine Operators are critical members of the MTI team. You will be trained to set up, operate, and tend to machines that extrude and coat flat films from synthetic materials. You will be working both independently and with a team to meet and exceed our customers specifications and timeframes.
General Responsibilities include set up, operation, and tending to MTI production machines. You will be working with blown film extruders, silicone coaters, rewind/slitter, and auxiliary equipment to extrude, coat, and convert flat films.

Extrusion Technician C
MTI is actively hiring experienced Extrusion Technicians with 1 year of experience.
Extrusion Techncians are critical members of our team. In this position you will set up and operate production equipment including blown film extruders, silicone coaters, and slitter/rewinders. You will work both independently and with a team to meet and exceed customer's specifications and timeframes
Earn a $1,250 bonus for signing on and staying with us, plus optional relocation support of up to $2,500! (if required)
Process Technician
MTI in Brentwood NH is seeking a self-motivated, experienced, and dedicated individual. The position requires the abilty to ensure production equipment operates efficiently by performing equipment maintenance on a daily basis. This position is responsible for preventative maintenance and repairs for all production, facility, and utility equipment.

Conerting Operator C
