MTI Polyexe is a fully integrated film release liner manufacturer and a proven innovator in silicone release coatings, silicone base films, and specialty engineered films for a wide range of industries as well as for proprietary, experimental, and exclusive applications.

MTI Polyexe is located at 50 Pine Rd in Brentwood NH. Brentwood NH is a 30-minute drive from Manchester NH and less than 15 minutes from the Hampton NH tolls.

Machine Operator

No Experience?

MTI Polyexe would like to talk to you!

Our Machine Operators are critical members of the MTI team. You will be trained to set up, operate, and tend to machines that extrude and coat flat films from synthetic materials. You will be working both independently and with a team to meet and exceed our customers specifications and timeframes.

General Responsibilities include set up, operation, and tending to MTI production machines. You will be working with blown film extruders, silicone coaters, rewind/slitter, and auxiliary equipment to extrude, coat, and convert flat films.

General Manufacturing Technician

The General Technician role at MTI Polyexe ensures plant production equipment operates efficiently by performing equipment maintenance daily. The person in this position will be responsible for preventative maintenance and repairs for all production, facility, and utility equipment.

This opportunity requires a self-motivated, experienced, and dedicated individual. The position requires availability to work overtime. Experience in an industrial maintenance role is preferred.

Product Development Engineer

The Product Development Engineer's primary responsibilities are interfacing with the sales team and customers to develop new film products for the Building & Construction, and Tape markets.

Responsibilities will include providing technical support for products such as product processing recommendations and troubleshooting product issues at customers locations. Investigate, analyze and resolve customer complaints as needed.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering with a polymer science background and two years manufacturing experience in polymer processing such as blown film extrusion, film coating and converting or a Master’s degree with a polymer science background. Candidates should have a basic knowledge of statistics, and have excellent communication skills.
